DESCRIPTION

Hosthub.com is looking for a passionate web developer to join our team. We are developing a system to assist property owners handle their listings across multiple channels (Airbnb, Expedia, Booking.com, etc). Main language of the system is PHP and we are currently using the Symfony framework. The ideal candidate must also be able to handle front-end tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

Required skills

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on web development experience in a professional environment (ideally 5)
  • Excellent verbal/written and interpersonal skills in English.
  • Strong foundations in PHP, MySQL, Javascript, CSS.
  • Some experience in Symfony or any other PHP framework.
  • Experience working with Linux and the LAMP stack.

Customer Success Engineer

Location: Athens, Greece

DESCRIPTION

As the Customer Success Engineer you will be responsible for providing frontline customer support for our world class vacation rental channel management platform. Working closely with the founders, you will develop and deliver best-in-class support to our growing list of vacation rental owners and managers. The ideal candidate is experienced in providing customer support for a cloud-based technology company. Very good written and verbal English skills (native speakers will be preferred), attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric orientation are required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Promote a “customer first” environment at all times.
  • Become a Hosthub platform expert.
  • Bring customer support best practices, processes and solutions to Hosthub, continuing to raise the bar for our best-in-class customer support initiatives.
  • Proactively research, troubleshoot and escalate potential support issues.
  • Adhere to Hosthub’s workflows, ticketing system and team schedules to ensure product quality goals are met.
  • Develop appropriate email templates, chat responses, phone agendas and best practices for timely responses that delight customers.

Customer Success Engineer – Spanish speaking markets

Location: Remote

DESCRIPTION

As the Customer Success Engineer you will be responsible for providing frontline customer support for our world class vacation rental channel management platform in Spanish speaking markets. Working closely with our Operations Director, you will develop and deliver best-in-class support to our growing list of vacation rental owners and managers as well as help with the localization of our product in terms of website content, support content, and marketing materials. The ideal candidate is experienced in providing customer support for a cloud-based technology company. He/she should be a native Spanish speaker, and have very good written and verbal English skills, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric orientation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Promote a “customer first” environment at all times.
  • Become a Hosthub platform expert.
  • Bring customer support best practices, processes and solutions to Hosthub, continuing to raise the bar for our best-in-class customer support initiatives.
  • Onboarding new customers, performing demos of the product, and running back-office operations.
  • Help our content and marketing teams to localize our content for spanish markets.

Junior Partnerships Manager

Location: Athens, Greece

DESCRIPTION

You will be responsible for developing and leading Hosthub’s strategic channel partnership initiatives with organizations around the globe. You will work closely with the executive team and various team members to identify and develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships with companies that have strategically compatible areas of expertise. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and maintaining a variety of large-scale business development initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify large organizations who are strategically well-positioned to accelerate Hosthub’s growth and develop strong, long-term partnerships with relevant parties at these companies.
  • Identify potential channel partners across a variety of clusters, segmented by industry, geography, and specific area of expertise.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to build and maintain a pipeline of relationships with potential partners, taking responsibility for the relationship throughout all stages.
  • Close partnership agreements while properly balancing company goals, speed, and economic potential.
  • Evaluate the financial and non-financial benefits and risks of new partnerships.
  • Take primary responsibility for the execution and integration of new partnerships.
  • Track, report, and optimize the performance of partnerships, including identifying issues as they arise, assessing possible solutions, and executing those solutions.
  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other relevant team members to make exceptional partnership collateral.
  • Provide thought leadership, strategic insight, and clear communication (written and verbal) to team members on partnership initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Native level command of spoken and written English (non negotiable)
  • A strong history of senior leadership in planning and closing deals with enterprise-level companies.
  • Ability to identify, meet, and build relationships with key stakeholders at companies strategically positioned to accelerate Hosthub’s growth.

Product Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
  • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
  • Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
  • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
  • Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members
  • Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager, ideally at a B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle, ideally in the Hospitality Industry
  • Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
