How the platform works
The owner registers on the platform and adds their property, together with the task list to be followed at every cleaning. They then connect the booking calendar from Airbnb or Booking.com, so that every checkout automatically generates the corresponding cleaning requirement.
From that point on, the owner views the available professionals in their area, assesses their profile, reviews and collaboration history, and confirms the cleaning booking within minutes.
Each job is monitored in real time: the professional records the start and completion of the work, follows the property’s task list, and documents the result with before-and-after photographs. The owner is notified automatically as soon as the property is ready.
