For most hosts that means chasing passport photos over chat, typing the details into a government portal and hoping nothing is missed. GoToCheck does that job for them.
GoToCheck connects to Hosthub with an API key. It imports the host’s properties and follows every new booking, change and cancellation, whichever channel it came from: Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo or direct.
Each property gets a single check-in link that works for all its bookings. The host adds it once to their Hosthub welcome message, and from then on every guest checks in from their phone, in their own language: they scan their ID or passport, fill in the details the law requires and sign the rental agreement.
GoToCheck then sends the report to the right authority on its own: SES.Hospedajes in Spain, Mossos d’Esquadra in Catalonia, SIBA in Portugal, Alloggiati Web in Italy and eVisitor in Croatia. Each property is set up with the authority that applies to it, so hosts with properties in several countries manage them all from one place, without logging into any government portal.
